    nik,
    the white diaper is a tena slip maxi, it’s a vintage from 2000 (that’s also when I took the photo). Regarding your question for the right size, I suggest you try Tena, they fit the best, stretch the most, are on of the thickest diaper around, and they’ve always fitted me well. If you’re neither particulary big or thin, then take size M.

    at the moment i wear tena slip super large and maxi large diapers all in one 18 diapers on my back its so sexy for me i would like it every day diapers rule
